The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requires all Ontario employers to train employees on the requirements of the AODA.

Part 1: OHSA Violence, Harassment, and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Training for Employees
Part one of this course focuses on understanding the legislation regarding violence and harassment, including sexual harassment in the workplace.

Part 2: OHSA Violence, Harassment, and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Training for Employees
Part two teaches employees how to prevent, manage and respond to violence and harassment in the workplace.

OHSA Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers
The Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requires Ontario employers to provide all their workers with training on how to ensure physical safety in their workplace.
Receive a Certificate of Completion
Complete all courses in this training with a mark of 70% or higher and receive your certificate.
About Training
This Compliance Certification Package (Ontario) is an affordable, engaging training program that teaches you what is required of an organization and its employees under Ontario legislation by incorporating workplace best practices, psychological principles for change, legal consultation, and health and safety standards. Testing, Tracking, and Certification are provided with each compliance training course.
The Compliance Certification Package includes 3 pieces of legislation:
1. Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA): Violence, Harassment and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (also referred to as Bills 168 and 132);
2. Occupational Health and Safety Act: Health and Safety Awareness Training for Employees;
3. Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
Upon completion of this training, you will learn:
- An easy to digest understanding of each piece of legislation
- How to keep you and other employees safe
- Ensure respect for everyone, including those with different abilities
- Scripts of what to say and not say
- Resources and tools for ease of understanding
The Compliance Certification Package includes the following 3 courses:
1. OHSA Violence, Harassment, and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Training for Employees (75 minutes)
In this interactive, two-part compliance training e-learning course, employees will gain an understanding of workplace harassment/sexual harassment and violence and how they can receive and contribute to a safe workplace, whether hybrid, virtual or in person.
Part one of this course focuses on understanding the legislation regarding violence and harassment, including sexual harassment in the workplace.
Part two teaches employees how to prevent, manage and respond to violence and harassment in the workplace.
2. OHSA Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (30 minutes).
The Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requires Ontario employers to provide all their workers with training on how to ensure physical safety in their workplace. This course meets Ministry of Labour (MOL) requirements and tracks successful completion and understanding of the content. A certificate of completion is provided to each learner so that Employers can provide a record, should the MOL require evidence of this compliance training.
3. Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Compliance (45 minutes)
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requires all Ontario employers to train employees on the requirements of the AODA. In this engaging and interactive compliance training eLearning course, participants will:
- Understand the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and how they work together
- Learn the Integrated Accessibility Standards for Ontario Workplaces
- Understand the Customer Service Standard and how to implement it
- Develop skills to “lend a helping hand” to persons with disabilities through video demonstrations by the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides

Donna Marshall

Donna Marshall is a thought leader, professional speaker, lecturer, curriculum developer, and writer specializing in managing and preventing workplace and school bullying and harassment, ensuring psychological safety, and promoting interpersonal skills training.
Along with Dr. Stephanie Bot, she developed the ground-breaking Harassment Education Advisory Team (HEART) program to manage and prevent harassment in the workplace. The program was presented to the Ontario Ministry of Labour and recommendations made by Dr. Bot and Donna Marshall were implemented into the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA): Violence and Harassment in the Workplace, Bill 132.
Donna has written and facilitated leadership curricula for the Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning and has appeared numerous times on a CBC television affiliate as a specialist in bullying and harassment. Her articles on bullying and harassment in the workplace and in schools are published in HR Professional magazine. She has presented at the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Lancaster House, legal and HRPA conferences, Health and Safety forums, and other notable national and international conventions.
Donna served as Chair of the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA) Toronto Committee on Leadership, spearheading a province-wide assessment of HR Leaders and contributing to developing a curriculum of programs in response to the results.
Donna regularly consults and advises organizations on how to develop and implement programs on mental health and psychological safety.
Dr. Stephanie Bot

Dr. Stephanie Bot is Chief Psychologist at Dr. Bot and Associates, Director of Clinical and Professional Training for the Psychotherapy Program at the Toronto Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis (TICP), and co-founder of Workright.
Along with Donna Marshall, she developed the ground-breaking Harassment Education Advisory Team (HEART) program to manage and prevent harassment in the workplace and in schools. The program was presented to the Ontario Ministry of Labour and recommendations made by Dr. Bot and Donna Marshall were implemented into the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA): Violence and Harassment in the Workplace, Bill 132.
Dr. Bot is the creator of a 3-year psychotherapy program and free community mental health clinic, receiving approval from the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities and the College for Registered Psychotherapists.
She is a published author in peer-reviewed journals and a featured speaker and lecturer at such organizations as the Canadian Mental Health Association, The Human Resource Professional Association, Health and Safety Associations and the Canadian Bar Association, among others.
Her work has been instrumental in addressing and elevating employee and student relations and promoting mental health in educational and corporate settings.
