This course is online and self-paced, meaning that you can take it at anytime and anywhere. It will take approximately 1.5 hours to complete it. You have 1 year (365 days) to complete the course from the date of purchase before it will automatically expire in your account.

Course Level/Prerequisites/Final Exam

This is an introductory level course. A Certificate of Completion is issued once you pass the final exam with a mark of 70% of higher. Recommended companion courses are; Effectively Onboarding New Staff & Volunteers, Volunteer Engagement, Volunteer Management (coming soon).
