About the Course

This module introduces core concepts and principles to help you establish foundational knowledge of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA). You will develop a clear baseline for further understanding of topics of diversity and inclusion. You will also explore the benefits of creating an inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible workplace and society. Through self-reflection activities, practical examples, and case studies, you will start your IDEA journey on the path to self-awareness and inclusion.


This module is designed to get everyone on the same page when it comes to diversity and inclusion. By leveraging the experience of participants, we explore our own dimensions of diversity and the benefits of creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Course Level/Prerequisites/Final Exam

This is an introductory level course. A certificate of completion will be issued once the course has been completed. There is no final exam at the end of the course.
