This four-hour online course will introduce you to “upward” or “internal communication.” You will explore how employees can directly communicate with their reporting manager and upper management within an organization.

This is an introductory level course. To receive a certificate of completion, you are required to view each page to completion. You will also need to achieve 100% on the quiz found at the end of each lesson. You can retake each quiz as many times as you need to achieve 100%.
