Part 1: Running Effective Meetings Online

Virtual meetings don’t have to be a waste of time. In fact, they can be more valuable than traditional face-to-face meetings. Organizations use virtual meetings because they’re quick to arrange, relatively inexpensive, and can bring only the necessary participants into the meeting. However, virtual meetings can be hard to get right, and they need a different approach from regular meetings. You will distinguish yourself from your colleagues when you learn how to prepare for and run an effective and productive virtual meeting.

Part 2: Online Etiquette Best Practices

Making a positive virtual impression online is a fundamental part of how you build your career. The best practices, strategies, and rules of conduct that will distinguish you from your colleagues are within your grasp. Learn how to practice putting your best virtual self forward and use online communication to build rapport. How you impact your online recipients, and your overall virtual professional presence, is even more important to hone and polish. Building successful long-term business relationships starts with your virtual etiquette.

Part 3: Delivering Impactful Online Presentations

Deliver presentations and evaluate progress to develop and refine skills, techniques, and delivery. Learn how to deliver informative, motivating, and memorable presentations, explore ways to communicate with clarity and conviction, develop scripts that speak the same language as your audience. This workshop is designed to help you deliver presentations and evaluate your progress as you develop and refine your skills, techniques, and delivery. You will learn how to speak well publicly to ensure you know how to organize information and represent yourself well.

Course Level/Prerequisites/Final Exam

This is an introductory level course and no prerequisites are required. A Certificate of Completion is issued once you pass the final exam with a mark of 70% of higher.
